Off The Page Projects

Hi, everyone. Today I want to share 2 off the page projects that I made for Imaginarium Designs.

"Halloween"

"Halloween" Miniature Scene

I'm not a Halloween person even though I'm born on Halloween. LOL.. We don't celebrate it either. And gory type of Halloween creeps me, this timid lady.. So I made a cute version of a Halloween miniature scene with a box I found at Daiso.

"Fairytale Ending"

"Fairytale Ending" Mixed Media Canvas

Love fairy themed projects. So yet again I made a fairy "house" mixed media canvas. Loved Imaginarium Designs chipboards. The window chipboards gives me so much inspiration for miniature projects.

"Beautiful" Art Journal Page

Hello. Over at Off The Rails Scrapbooking, I want to share with you a very simple art journal page.

"Beautiful"

"Beautiful" Art Journal Page

For my recent art journal page, I have been experimenting with Distress Crayons. And I love them. For this page, I used them on the background and the 2 roses. For more details, please hop over to Off The Rails Scrapbooking.

I hope to be able to do more art journal pages as I have been neglecting them for quite awhile. Wanted to do more pages to express my inner thoughts and ideas. And I want to do simple and easy put together pages so it won't get too overwhelming for me.

Thats all for today. Please do join us at Off The Rails Scrapbooking for our October Halloween Moodboard Challenge.

Thanks for dropping.

"Strike A Pose"

Hi, everyone. This month at Imaginarium Designs we are creating Masculine Projects with chipboards.

"Strike A Pose"

"Strike A Pose" Layout

I created a not so masculine white themed layout of my boy tho. Was contemplating whether to leave out the flowers but decided to just add in to show that this picture is taken at Sungei Buloh Nature Reserve in Singapore.

"Strike A Pose" Layout

For the background, I spread texture paste over a stencil and distress ink over another stencil for the plants.

"Strike A Pose" Layout

I cut the chipboard rectangles into half, gesso over to resemble the wooden plank path in the photo. Painted the fence and title chipboards with acrylic paints. For the tiny star chipboards, I painted them gold and added glitter.

"Strike A Pose" Layout

Red is my boy's favourite color. So wanted to leave the page plain to make the red more outstanding. Love how my boy can pose in different postures so easily and readily. Everyone was always saying how obedient and well behaved my boy is.... oh well.. here you can see his cheeky side.. LOL...

Hi, everyone. This month at Imaginarium Designs, we are sponsoring Kraft+ and their mood board this month is just so yummy colors!! I love the soft melon colors!!! Just nice to do a layout for my boy.

Here's the lovely mood board:

And here's what I have created:

"Star Of The Stage"

"Star Of The Stage" Layout

Again I created a simple and easy layout for my boy. Love how greedy yet adorable my boy is, wanting both pacifier and his little finger.

"Star Of The Stage" Layout

For the background I simply flicked some mists across page. Layered the papers and chipboards. Painted the chipboards with acrylic paints mixed in gesso (Can't find my white paint).

"Star Of The Stage" Layout

I cut out a framed fox and adhered to the chipboard oval frame. Loved it.

Enamel dots is also one of my favourite go-to embellishments. It simply made my page standout with little bursts of colors yet not overwhelming.

My Boy - Imaginarium Designs

Hi, everyone. I made 2 layouts on my boy for Imaginarium Designs this month. One is a simple grid format layout and another a simple mixed media layout.

"My Fav Photos Of You"

"My Fav Photos Of You" Layout

Loved how simple this grid format is and how easy it is to assemble all elements. I love my boy's baby photos. He have chubby "fishball" cheeks. Everytime my sister will tease him and ask, " why you haven't eat finish your fishballs?" LOL... fond memories...
